"If you shake milk long enough...
...it turns to butter." That is according to Charles. I always thought that there was more to it, but the proof is definitely in the pudding butter... its pretty yummy.

Yes, the boys needed a new experiement. What fun. I can remember making butter and cloverleaf yeast rolls in the second grade! Some things never change. I guess this was a school project?

ReplyDeleteIt was a school project. And Charles was very proud of his butter. I think he ate two pieces of toast that morning.
ReplyDeleteWe'd give it a try next visit, but surely it takes real cream? Not the skim milk we buy. We thought the cruise needed a butter buffet since we enjoyed so much of it at every meal. Not so, in Rockdale, unless the "kids" visit.
