I am spending the day teaching the boys all of the things that they are not supposed to do… just so we’re clear on what is right and what is wrong

Rainy Day Fun
A bit of slow rain doesn't stop boys from just having fun. We had fun, too! Just watching all that energy.

Kids? What kids?
Well, after arriving in Austin around 11, we found out that we could not
check into the hotel until 3. But we managed to kill some time until they
found a room (a great room) for us, and then we met up with Matt at the
Hula Hutt for lunch. Now it's back to the room the rest and change, and
then out to dinner. So far, a greast weekend. Thanks Nana and Papa!

Another Plumeria
Here's a color I forgot we had... It's been so long since it's bloomed. I
wish there was a way to tell them apart when they are not in bloom.

At the doctor's
"Tubes" it is! It was as though the doctor felt he was going to have to talk us into it or something. Silly doctor! Dianne wanted Monday... I think they settled on August 1st.
Ready to Go
The Martins seem about ready to leave. The antenna has suffered some collateral damage, but whether they caused it isn't certain (unless you ask HH). They like the spoke that dangles down, as if they are on an Astroworld ride.

When it rains...
More thunderstorms tonight... Sorry, Rockdale. We'd send them your way if we could.

What the...?
What is this strange stuff falling from the sky?
UPDATE: ~10pm It really blew through here tonight. Lots of rain... lots of lightning. Too bad that yard is already dead :(

Still Harvesting
With the ability to water the tomato rows, we're still harvesting. Wish you were closer to share. Have had over 30 cantaloupes, too, all ripening at the same time. That's the downside. But there will always be peas (if anyone wants to pick!) Thirty days and no rain!

Feeling better
Thomas is back on the antibiotics and seems to be feeling much better. So
we're hanging out, sweating... its HOT here today.
Next week we take a trip to the ear doctor's - Thomas may be in for some
tubes...
